How buying here works

Nothing on this site is sitting in a box in Dhaka waiting for a buyer. When you place an order we buy that exact case, in the model you picked, and have it shipped to Bangladesh. That is why you can browse hundreds of designs from a small shop, and it is also why you wait.

You will see a real dated window before you order, not a vague promise, and that window is frozen onto your order the moment you place it. It does not quietly move later.

Most orders land inside it. Customs and the occasional slow supplier can push one past it, and when that happens we tell you rather than waiting for you to ask. If an order runs more than ten days late you can cancel it and take your deposit back.

Before we buy anything you send a deposit by bKash. It comes off your total. It is not on top of it.

The reason it exists: we spend our own money on your case weeks before we see yours. The deposit is the part of that risk we cannot carry alone. It is small on purpose.

The rest, in cash, to the delivery rider. Delivery is already in the total you agreed to. Your tracking page shows the exact figure to hand over, so there is never a surprise on your doorstep.

Bangladesh's digital commerce rules expect goods held in stock to reach you within 5 days inside your city and 10 days elsewhere. Nothing here is held in stock: each item is bought abroad for you after you order, which is a pre-order, and that is why the window is weeks rather than days. We state it before you pay, ask you to tick that you have understood it, and freeze the dates onto your order. If that wait does not suit you, do not order, and nothing is owed.

Sometimes a supplier cancels, or a case turns out to be unshippable to Bangladesh. If that happens we tell you, offer you the closest thing we can actually get, and if you do not want it we refund your deposit in full. You are never left holding a payment for something that does not exist.

Every order has a tracking page you open with your order number and phone. It shows the real history of your order and, more usefully, the date by which you will next hear from us. If that date passes in silence, message us and we will chase it.
